4.参加　Entry

本大会は18歳以上の男女が参加できます。本大会規約とスポーツマンシップを正しく理解できる者であることを求めます。18歳未満の参加希望者は3親等以内の保護者が参加している場合はこれを容認します。
本大会は困難が予想されますが、必ず全行程を完走できると自認できる必要はなく、それぞれの目標に挑戦することができます。
本大会の参加に当たっては以下の参加費を所定の手続きにてお支払いください。
そのうえで旅行手続のための旅行費用パッケージまたはサポートパッケージを申し込まなければなりません。その点を以下に示します。

You must be over 18 years of age or older on the event day. It is required to understand regulations and sportsmanship. Registrants under 18 years of age must have a parent or relative within the third degree of kinship also participate in the event.
Though it is expected to be the tough race, participants are not required to be capable of completing the full distance, and you can have your own object to challenge.
To register, pay participation fee as follows.
You have to apply for Travel package or Support package in addition. Details are as below.

4-1　エントリー　Entry fee

80,000円 (JPY)	（手続期間）2013年7月31日まで *ノミネート手続きをされた方は72,000円

エントリーはSports Entryのサイト、またはホームページのエントリーフォームより申し込んでください。同時にエントリー費の振込み手続きをお願いします。
ノミネートエントリーを済まされた方は、すでにエントリーが受理されている状態です。エントリー費の振込み手続きのみをお願いします。

エントリーフォーム（自己推奨文）を記載のうえ申し込んでください。同時にエントリー費をSports Entryまたは直接主催者に郵送または振込みをします。
参加者の概要をモンゴル国政府関係局に届け自然環境におけるインパクトと事前の申請に使用いたします。それ以外に個人情報を使用することはありません。エントリー費は主催者の都合で参加を拒否した者にのみ返還されます。エントリー費を振込んだのち参加が不可能になった場合は次の通り返還します。
2013年7月31日まで72,000円、それ以降は12,000円を振込手数料を差し引いて指定の口座に返金します。議論を避けるためエントリーを取り消す場合は、内容証明郵便のみ受け付けます。
また今回ノミネート手続を早期にされた皆様には、ノミネートの手続きの費用8,000円をエントリー費の一部に充当させていただくことといたしました。従って、エントリー費は72,000円となります。
■エントリー受付後順次、最終確認書類、旅行手続またはサポートパッケージのお申し込みのご案内を申し上げます。
■最終確認手続きとは誓約書や健康管理届などの記入手続および旅行手続かまたはサポートパッケージのいずれかの手続きが終了していることを確認する作業です。

The entry form should make it complete by 31July and please send it.

Applicants who are accepted as a nominate is required to Fill in the entry form on the website and transfer or send Entry fee to Sports Entry(only Japanese) by PAYPAL, or directly to our organization. The organizer reserves the right to close entries temporary before the closure deadline when the event reaches its 200-participant and 15% waiting list capacity. Following is the refund policy for the applicants who already registered but cannot take part.
72,000 yen until 31.Jul.2013 or 12,000 yen after that day will be refunded to your bank account. Transfer fee will be deducted from above amount. To avoid any argument, only certified mail will be accepted if you cancel your registration.

4-2　旅行手続　Hotel & Travel

298,000円 (JPY)	旅行費用 Travel Package

本大会では輸送・移動・ケイタリング・医療などホスピタリティサービス、および旅行部分を旅行会社の企画・実施といたします。このことによって参加者の負担を大きく軽減し、きめ細かな周辺サービスで大きな安心を実現します。
これらにかかる費用は、日本往復航空運賃・ホテル代・モンゴル国内のすべての移動費・パーティ参加費・水分の供給を含む競技中のすべてのケイタリング。競技を途中で終了した場合の保護回収その後の移動の費用。緊急時の医療アシスタンス・ヘリによる回収移送費用、それぞれの装備（重量指定あり）の各ビバーク間の輸送費用・万一の場合の日本への帰国手続きなどが含まれます。
これらは以下に示す基本パッケージのほか、前後の滞在期間をフレックスにするなど、さまざまにカスタマイズすべく別途相談とします。
為替の変動や参加者数による各種仕入れ価格の変動で、2013年6月10日に決定します。したがってお申込は6月10日以降となります。締め切り日は2013年8月15日です。
またボランティア参加者に向けたボランティアパッケージ、サポート向けのパッケージなども併せてそのタイミングでご案内します。

Our organization and travel company jointly host transportation, movement, catering, hospitality services like medical treatment, and travel. Therefore, participants feel to be relieved not only as that would lighten the burden but also you can receive warm hospitality. Travel package includes roundtrip air ticket, hotel, transportation in Mongolia, party, catering with water supply during the race, pick and transport in case participant does not complete the race, medical treatment or transfer by helicopter in case of emergency, transportation of participants equipment (with weight limit) among Bivouc, procedure to return to Japan if anything should happen.
Changing the length of your stay or anything is on request base. August.15 2013 is the closing date.
According to the foreign exchange fluctuations or change of equipment cost due to the number of participants, fee will be fixed on 10.June.2013. That is to say, transfer procedure starts after 10.June. Packages for volunteers or supports will be arranged.

4-3　サポートパッケージ　Support Package

168,000円 (JPY)	サポートパッケージ Support Package 日本国外に在住の方、および航空機やホテルの手配をご自分でなさる方

日本在住以外の方や上記旅行費用のうち航空機の手配やウランバートルのホテル手配が不要な方は、開会式以降のモンゴル国内のすべての移動費・パーティ参加費・水分の供給を含む競技中のすべての ケイタリング。競技を途中で終了した場合の保護回収その後の移動の費用。緊急時の医療支援・ヘリ による回収移送費用、それぞれの装備（重量指定あり）の各ビバーク間の輸送費用などをパッケージしたサポートパッケージに申し込む必要があります。こちらも旅行会社が申し受けます。

Participants from outside Japan or arrange air ticket or hotel by themselves
Support package 168,000JPY

Participants from abroad or arrange air ticket or hotel by themselves are required to apply for Support package. Support package includes transportation in Mongolia after opening ceremony, party, catering with water supply during the race, pick and transport in case participant does not complete the race, medical treatment or transfer by helicopter in case of emergency, transportation of participants equipment (with weight limit) among Bivouc. This package is also available at travel company.
